The webshop is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. Please note the website might temporarily be down for maintenance.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All prices are shown in the currency DKK and are inclusive 25% Danish VAT, unless you are shopping from a country outside EU where VAT is not chargeable.
Customers shopping from a country outside EU must accept local taxes and duties may be added for which hildestadcopenhagen.com cannot be held responsible.
Hildestadcopenhagen.com reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Hildestadcopenhagen.com cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note there will be charged a card fee, the exact fee will be informed by the choice of payment card before checkout.
The total amount will not be drawn from your card until the merchandise leaves our stock.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of ordinary wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
